lovefia

Posted on December 20, 2016

Louis Scott and Pream Ranida will be headlining a weekend lakorn following Kularb Tud Petch on January 1st. This one looks cute and funny, and quite a lighthearted lakorn that will mark the start of the New Year.

The ever cute Pope and Mew in Ch3 calendar signing

lovefia

Posted on December 8, 2016

Seeing Pope and Mew together is like seeing two puppies. They’re so cute, I just want to put them in my pocket. Especially when Pope looks at Mew like she’s the most adorable thing he’s laid eyes on. They were at a Ch3 calendar signing event and something hilarious happened. Pope tried to tease Mew but ends up tripping and falling, like a total wipe out in front of everyone. Mew happened to be sitting next to Taew (who’s THE Nakee, the ever powerful goddess) and Mew busts a gut laughing at Pope, sniping ‘what goes around comes around’ for trying to prank her around a goddess. HAHAHA. Pope gets up and tries to act cool, but Mew says she got Nakee on her…

Chippy and Great in Kon Lah Khop Fah – A Summary

lovefia

Posted on December 1, 2016

Chippy’s upcoming lakorn is like donning on her Tarntawan role again. Kon Lah Khop Fah plot reminds me a lot of Rang Tawan, though with a less PTSD type hero, which means less abuse towards our heroine. I’ll cheers to that any day.

December’s Lakorns

lovefia

Posted on December 1, 2016

Happy December y’all. Hopefully it’s a December to remember for you. I’m feeling cheesy lately, it’s the time of year, I can’t help myself. On the lakorn front, remakes galore is on our horizon this month. But you know, it’s not a lakorn if it’s not a remake, so we shall get used to this trend.

Son Yuke and Yam Matira in Duang Jai Pisut

lovefia

Posted on September 8, 2016

I’m still debating on whether I’ll tune in. The teaser posters are so adorable and these two make a great pair, but the storyline. Oh the storyline, I don’t know if I can watch child abuse without popping a blood vessel. I don’t know if my heart could literally take it.

Lakorns’ Airing Schedule – Channel 3

lovefia

Posted on August 27, 2016

Is everyone ready to meet Miss G? If everything goes according to plan, Kluen Cheewit is slated to air after Plerng Naree Nang Ay, taking over the Wednesday-Thursday timeslot. It’s going to be a slap-kiss to remember, so I suggest buckling that seatbelt on tight. Do share if you know of someone, anyone offering subtitles for this. It’s been awhile since we’ve last seen Yaya on screen, and with Mark to boot, I’ve been waiting for ages. I’m most likely going to recap this lakorn, unless something crazy happens. I don’t know, like if I’m incapacitated and my fingers don’t work. Knock on wood. Kluen Cheewit is preempted by Nang Ay, starring Grate Warintorn and Nicha. So I guess that will put us in…

Pope Thanawat and Diana Flipo in a Period Lakorn Leuat Rak Torranong

lovefia

Posted on August 11, 2016

The next Ch.3 weekend lineup – after Sai Lap Rak Puan ends – is Leuat Rak Torranong, a period drama. This is Diana Flipo’s first lakorn as a leading lady, if you recall, she was the second lead in Tarm Rak Keun Jai. The production team behind this is Maker J, Nok Jariya. It looks quite dramatic, but I did notice that some of the stills have cute romantic flare. It has been awhile since we’ve last seen the talented Pope! Well, at least on this blog anyway. If anyone is going to play Khunchai again, with the ability to tear your heart out with his devastated tears, it’s Pope Thanawat. So prepare your handkerchiefs for the weekends.

Feeling SLAP/KISS lately? Buang Rak Salak Kaen might be for you!

lovefia

Posted on July 25, 2016

If the recent revenge lakorns aren’t revengey enough for you, or perhaps you’re missing some lip action or R scenes (really, if that is your thing..) than the Weds-Thurs lakorn, Buang Rak Salak Kaen, might be just the show for you. Channel 8 allows their actors to experiment and test their comfort level, and if the smooches, physical force, and R scenes are any indication in this show, the actors are definitely game. I personally have not seen this, and will be passing on this since it isn’t my thing, BUT so far it has stimulated the interest of Thai fans. Well, not only because of the smooches and slap/kiss nature of this show, but for the complex storyline that centers around two neighboring…
