Historical, medical, romcom lakorn, anyone? Thong Ake Mor Ya Tah Chaloang certainly feels like a fusion boran lakorn, with its modern take on boran costumes, its fantasy element in storytelling, but also keeping within the historical challenges of its time. The story takes place during King Chulalongkorn era, or Rama the 5th, which puts us between 1868 to 1910.
