In between the corny and awful sound effects, the lame, useless undercover cops and the uninspiring characters, Meur Prap Por Look Orn is a migraine inducing lakorn in the making. From what I’ve gathered, in 48 minutes time, Num plays a failed undercover cop and he runs headlong into a conflict with our heroine who raises three of her niece/nephew. You can read LG’s heads up for a better idea of the plot, as I’m too annoyed by yet another lame lakorn to delve deeply into it. Aside from that, Vicky is gorgeous, Num is alright, and the rest of the cast is just bleh.
Therefore I’m just going to stick to MLP for the time being, if a lakorn appears corny at first glance, it usually always is. So has anyone else seen this lakorn yet? Thoughts?

aww, it’s a shame the one getting subbed didn’t turn out that great. Guess I shall have to patiently wait for subs to come out for MLP. Fortunately (?) I haven’t got started/hooked on MLP so at least the wait wouldn’t be too hard to bear!

I started a viki channel for it but the staff have yet to approve if it. It has been days but no one has sent me an email to confirm it. I have the first episode segmented but nothing has happen so far. I think I might have to contact them but that requires so much work. This is one thing I hate about Viki.

Well lakorngods said if anyone was going to create a channel she will help sub. It has yet been approved by the viki staff. I don’t know how long it takes. Anyone knows?

That’s so awesome you’re doing this Fun! I’ve no experience with Viki whatsoever. I do recall when godninja tried to start a channel for Plerng Toranong she didn’t get an approval for so long, but it’s because there was already a channel.. Maybe you can send an email to the admins??

How do you seg? I can’t translate hardly anything, but if Segging can be done I could try.Vicki have any tutorials…Might as well do something besides sit on my butt and enjoy. 😉

It is very easy to segment on Viki. The arrow keys, spacebar and enter are the only function you will need to know. And they do have tutorials. When I get on a computer I will give you the link if you need it. I’m just using an iPod ATM.

I can’t really get into the story. I have been watching it because of Num and Vicky. Every time I say that I am going to drop this lakorn, I find myself watching it for them
I agree, the other characters are kind of bleh. There has been 6 episodes so far but I don’t see anything really romantic with Num and Vicky or any plot growth. Hopefully next week’s episodes will be better.

GIve Pang Sanaeha a chance lol I am hooked for the first time in a long time from a Ch7 lakorn. I don’t know but Num did not age beautifully. He is just too small frame to be a cop. I like my men like Aum, Ken, Rome, etc.

*sigh* Lucky you and MLP 😉 Ok so…I watched the ep10 clips on youtube, and the pool scene. Yea Rome just didn’t want to mess his hair up right? lol all the guys were like “Get in the waaterrr!” Nope Rome says…not gonna… then the guys point out that his hair is the suxors anyway and nowhere near the awesome Mane of glory he had in the show SSJ or KKK for that matter, so Rome has to ask the chick there with him if this is true…etc. <— this was me LMAO the whole time thinking of something to fill in the blanks.
Props to Rome though cause I SO would have flailed and laughed so hard while that guy was doing that weird outline his body without touching him funky Mojo thing he was doing. He took his glasses off so you KNOW he meant business too. *shivers* poor Romey being taken advantage of without knowing he is being coveted.

I am good just finishing up another class *Yay!* between searching for something else to read/watch I keep busy doing nothing :). I have too much time on my hands obviously. I am trying to get motivated to hit the gym more, but I don’t do well in the motivation department. 😉 You work to hard ;P not that I don’t wanna, but it has to wait for a little while for school and 4 year old to hit school. Oh you so have to watch that ep. and get back to me…I know I ain’t the only one getting the jeevies from the guy laying w/ Rome there. I don’t know how he kept a strait face (either of them!). Hilarious. I wonder if there are outtakes of those scenes, it would take an act of congress for me not to at least snicker a little while doing those things.

I don’t watch anything with Num now. It’s sad too because I grew up admiring & idolizing him. He was such a “pek” for me back in the days. I remembered him from lakorns like “Nam Sai Jai Jing”, “Kor Morn Bai Nun Tee Ter Fun Yahk Moon”, “Dao Prasook”, “Sai LoHit”, & etc just to name a few. But then I met him in real life, and he was such a disappointment. So, now, I can’t stand to watch any of his lakorns or movies.

Unfortunately I feel that Num (appearance wise) has gone downhill. I haven’t seen any of his recent works (aside from my recent post) and fortunately, I’m not missing much. I did love him in SaiLohit and DaoPrasook, ah.. the good old days. Some people just don’t age very well =( Not everyone can be Ann Thongprasom!

Fia jaa, it wasn’t even about his appearance that was my point of disappointment. It was his mannerism. He showed up late to events, only sang a few songs (three at the max) for people who paid money & waited for hours to see him, and was more interested in the bottom of his alcohol cup than the people who was so excited and eager to see him. That’s just only some of the things that really disappointed me. I didn’t expect him to really look the same as he did 17-20 years ago (even I have aged! LOL), but he really did let himself go. He was super skinny & had this unhealthy yellow tone to his skin. I have a lot of unflattering pictures of him from events that I took… it really is nothing to be proud of. But it’s alright. There’s so much more actors out there that really deserves the attention & love.

Oh lord…save me. I have a HUGE crush on Rome and Grate/Great. The problem isn’t in that I am a HUGE fan now, it is that they don’t have a lot of subbed Lakorns out there (Great especially). Is there a like….vaccine for this? Yea not the best place to post this, but I had nowhere else to post.

Yea right now I am watching Yoothakarn hak Khan Tong (YhK) Oh my goodness the music (Simpsons, Andy Griffin) is distracting, and I know that the job calls for it but why do chicks try to pretend that they don’t like this ‘hostage’ stuff 😉 I can’t find vids of the shows with Great that I want to watch (mainly the few he has w/ Matt), but I will endure with the few Rome Lakorns w/ subs I have found. So far I don’t ship Rome w/ a certain girl (Rita is good an all, but he did good with all the ones I have seen so far)….I think it will be imperative that I keep trying *wink* it is also important that he make a whole bunch more shows so I have a broad selection to choose from. Is it to much to ask that they at least lose the shirts more often? Yea? Oh. Bummer.

I just finished ep 10 and will have to start ep 11 of MLP tomorrow but… the scene you mentioned regarding Jaenjob and Petch: Jaenjob was concerned that Nidjanan would pretend her stomach hurt to gain Petch’s sympathy (and being the third wheeler) Petch actually told Jaenjob that he can “sleep” with him to make sure Nid doesn’t interfere again. LOL. So of course Jaenjob is doing the happy dance as he lays next to Petch, hoping to caress the ‘love of his life.’ LMAO. What a moment.
Absolutely still loving MLP to pieces. Can’t wait to watch this week’s episodes tomorrow!

Oh em Gee!! Now there is a chick in the bed w/ my boy Rome (I am assuming that this is the chick Jaenjob was worried about or something). Does everybody and their brother want to ‘land’ him in this show!?! So it is true to life in that way? *grin* everybody wants them some Rome. Poor thing he just needs a bat to beat them off or something lol. Thanks for clarifying the scene…I am telling you I’d have died laughing acting out that scene. 😉

Oh and the pool scene! Petch actually told all of his friends to leave him and Mook alone LOL- like, get the hell out. So they all agreed, he turned to Nidjanan to apologize and hoped she would understand. She merely said that the future bride-groom would need some alone time to work things out. Well of course (home-wrecker) since you’ve tried to tear them apart, lol. I love how Petch kicked them all out of the house. Petch is so awesome that’s why he has both females and gays pining after him!

Heck I didn’t know what was gong on, and I thought he was a spy who called all the shots, and for a minute I was thinking he could be Charlie with all the chicks as the angels. So I probably should watch more than the last few episodes 😉 Petch is the Head man in charge who needs to watch out for the conniving evil hooches (men and women) who are getting really close while he sleeps like an angel. Oh and when he cornered the chick in the hall…pushing up on her. I can’t really repeat what I said or thought should’ve been said 😉 I want one.
