~ Episode 4 ~ Pad spots Don at the beach from his car and approaches his brother in law. Don is surprised to see Pad and asks why he’s here to which a suspicious Pad replied that uh, I live here and why do you not know this is Pim’s hometown? Don quickly pretends he does but big brother is not so easily done with him. Pad keeps probing when he realises Pim did not come with Don and Pad isn’t convince by Don’s lame excuse that Pim did not want to take leave from work so he came to look for Min by himself. Despite Don’s denials, Pad is sure that Don and Pim had a fight and reports the same back to…

~ episode 2 ~ Don arrives at the resort and sees staff busy preparing for an event. After enquiring, he learns there will be an event tomorrow for a foundation which will be giving out money to last year’s flood victim. The resort staff does not remember the name of the foundation but Don’s alarm bells have already been triggered. Once settled in his room, Don quickly phones Min to check on Grandma’s whereabouts as Grandma’s foundation also give out donations to flood victims. Min merrily agrees to help her p’chai as she soaks her feet but after she hangs up the phone, she almost has a heart attack when she looks up to see Grandma herself standing there!

Recapped by Jia (Scribblings of a Fangirl) Title: Khun Samee Kamalor Tee Ruk (My Dear Fake Husband) Starring: Chompoo Araya as Pimapa Rome Patchata as Rudchawee aka Don ~ episode 1 ~ I love you. What kind of woman could inspire a p’ek to say these words? That’s the conundrum facing novelist Rudchawee (nickname Don). He writes about love yet he is unable to fully understand what love is as he is still a swinging single. Since he can’t find inspiration from within, he sets off to the mountains to gather some. Don captures the beauty of his surroundings with his camera but even nature fails to move his heart … until his lenses focused on someone among the flowers.

On Khun Samee and Tawanchai

Is there a time in your life where you want to like something, but you just can’t? I’m currently experiencing this. I like Chompoo Araya so I gave Khun Samee a gander (one episode, really) and didn’t find myself drawn. Then I cheated and read recaps for ep 2-4 from DarknessLakorns and it doesn’t sound like something I would continue. Rome’s character, although appearing to be the ideal man, just sounds so boring. Also, Chompoo is turning out to be quite mean, what’s appealing about that? Speaking of which, Tawanchai Nai Marn Mek is not doing it for me either. Tawanchai, played by Taew, is an aspiring writer who wants nothing more than to write and read all day. Don’t we all? But there…

Ken Theeradeth’s handsome face greets us as he explains the meaning of the title, Rak Kon Tao Fah. “The term Rak Kon Tao Fah is actually referred to moms. It’s like when we were children and we try to express how much we love our moms, we would say “rak mae tao fah” (which means I love you this BIG, to the sky, imagine the arm spreading wide action.) “ His on screen mom’s voice tells us that if we didn’t have a child, we wouldn’t know what it’s like. She has raised her son since he was a wee child until he’s a grownup, then one day some random girl would show up and take the one thing that we love away from…
