Hi Everyone. It’s been awhile since we last talked, like talked about our daily/weekend lives. I hope these last couple of weeks has been treating you well. It’s been raining here everyday, which I guess is great for my yard and the PNW, but not so much my mood. Maybe I should move to a sunny city?
The channel 3 family of stars gathered together at the station to honor their great father, King Bhumibol, a week after his passing, while the remainder of the public gathered before the grand palace. These are some beautiful photos captured, translations of captions below.
As you know, The King passed away last Thursday and Thailand, along with Thai people living in different parts of the world has felt the tremendous loss of His Majesty. My Instagram and Twitter feed is covered with powerful pictures that revealed a solidarity and coming together of the people in honor of their late and great king that leaves me feeling touched and in awe. What’s especially astounding is the stars sitting alongside the everyday folk, mourning a great father that the country has ever come to know.

Happy weekend everybody. This week went by fast, it’s Friday and it’s mid September! NY visited NY for Coach and fashion week, it was interesting to see Yaya in head to toe Coach on my Coach feed. This was an instance where real world and lakorn world came together, it was a doozy. Lakorn wise, I was really bored. Nothing has captured my attention yet, so I am still sifting through random things and new shows. How was your week? What are your plans for this weekend? I’m taking little man to a toddler’s gym, should be interesting, he’s part monkey so I’m sure he’ll enjoy it. Other than that, I think we’ll relax (if that is even a word for this kid).
I’m still going through some withdrawals from Once Upon a Time, and struggling to find something, anything that can captivate me to that extent. I guess a better way to put this is: I’m bored. So bored. So entertain me. What are you watching? Am I missing out on anything? Happy Friday everyone! I had to get a project out the door this morning so couldn’t post this open thread as early as I wanted to, but here we are. And it’s almost the freakin’ weekend.
I was driving into my neighborhood last evening and the trees are already starting to change their colors. The air is cool as the temperature has dropped to the upper fifties. Summer wasn’t quite long enough. I feel nostalgic. But the bustling fall and the busy fourth quarter will be here whether I am ready or not. TGIF everybody! Earlier this week, Mr. A and I celebrated our 13th year anniversary. Well, technically 8 years, since Mr. A took his sweet time to propose. And my sister in law posed an interesting question, which is completely unrelated to us as a couple, but more of us as individual, human beings.
Anyone feel beat? Thank goodness it’s almost the weekend. Happy Friday y’all. This week went by fast and I can’t believe half of the stuff that I’ve managed to do – like installing a new carpet, working, chasing after my minion (oops my toddler) and blogging. Oh, and don’t forget that I’ve attempted to make a birthday dinner for Mr. A and BURNT MY WRIST. Go figure. Really, it was a small thing I wanted to do for him even though we’re throwing a party on Saturday, but yunno, he’s such a darling that I WANT him to eat something that’s not delivered by eat24, grubhub or primenow, even if I’m going to be wearing a scar for a few weeks.
