What we don’t have in time, we make up for in quality.

Which could be said for my favorite duo in Miracle of Love.
I felt deprived in episode 4 because Paat and Nammon were not together, however, their scenes in episode 5 made up nicely.
Thus far Nammon has finally admitted to her best friend that she likes Paat. An obvious (at least to us) acknowledgement, but a stride to the right direction. She can’t help but smile widely when she’s around him, act completely unlike herself and essentially, worship him. Which I don’t blame her. But she’s going to learn a few lessons of her own in this drama when it comes to poignant, one-sided love. As she told her best friend when asked if P’Paat returned her sentiments, Nammon says, “As long as he doesn’t hate me, that is good enough.”
Ah, but Paat doesn’t hate you.
He’s just not yet aware of his feelings. He can’t help but crack a smile when Nammon is not looking or end up doing everything she pleaded of him despite putting her through the ringer. And even though he lectures her on, “a woman in this day and age should learn to fend for herself,” he’ll go and do the exact opposite by rescuing her. I love me a little contradiction in our characters.
A newly arise conflict between Paat-Nammon (aside from Thut being a blocker) is Panom or Nichamon. Now that Paat has discovered Panom’s true identity, they share a secret, and secrets tend to bond individuals to each other. I envision Nammon misunderstanding and thinking that Paat likes Panom. Since she’s valiant and likes Panom as well, perhaps she may feel that they are good for each other- and ultimately that she is not good enough for Paat.
Paat on the other hand will need a little wakeup call to realize his feelings for Nammon. Perhaps her eventual withdrawal from him will motivate him to explore his feelings? I’m just speculating.. What ever it may be, I am absolutely thrilled to watch the next episodes of Miracle of Love.
Hopefully this time, we have as much time- of Paat-Nammon scenes together- as continued quality.
And how many people wanted to hide with embarrassment when Paat caught his photo of them posing in the car, on her phone? Eeeps…!!
At that point do you deny your feelings or confess? What would you do if you were in Nammon’s shoes?
(I would probably avoid it like the plague, then afterward, wallow in my own cowardice haah.)

i thought it was very cute that nammon has their picture as her wallpaper! keeping the pic is one thing but having it as her wallpaper is another 😉
they’re so playful~~
btw, im watching rak pathiharn right now — i have to say paat’s brother (thut, was it??) thinks the world revolves around him! what’s with him and his hatred towards nammon’s family?? he’s the only one that thinks that way lol! even nammon’s family cant be bothered to hate him~~
he just comes to his own conclusion and believes it..he’s stuck in his own bubble!
(okay i just had to let it out lol! i dont like his character that much as of now — i do like everyone else though)
Haah, his character is exasperating. I don’t understand it at first or particularly like it, despite him having to give up his dreams to honor his promise to his father or his characteristics of listening and believing only of himself.
But.. with love, perhaps his character will change? After all, miracle is the theme of this lakorn.. and one can always hope.
He has somewhat warmed up to me in ep5, maybe he seems less cruel.
I know that his blocking his brother’s love will only get worst, and this drama is going to turn sad. I’m so curious how it will play out!
True… The photo scene was lil embarrassing and I love this episode =) thank u for the sub =)
Also, I really want to know what the trade is gonna be (between Paat and Nammon)?
Don’t you love how they always end an episode with a teaser?
The other week we wanted to know why Paat needed to talk to Nammon, when in actuality he just wanted to take her home lol.
Next week, he won’t let her go without a trade.. I am curious too!
Fia ~~~ I want to catch up on RP since it sounds like it’s progressing well but I’m so buried in work I don’t have time to do much drama watching. T__T Hope I’ll be able to make up for lost time this weekend and join in the RP fangirling here.
Hi J- please do. Can’t wait until you’re all caught up.
Hope you’re having a better day.. and it’s almost Friday, yay!
The teaser just kills me I want this week to go fast so I can watch Ep.6 and why can’t Ch.3 just air PK 7days a week!
Well, once again thank you so much for all the eng sub it’s really helpful =)
I know how you feel..but wouldn’t that make it end even sooner? 🙁 so not ready to say goodbye, especially when we’re just getting to the good parts.
I hate waiting too though! Why can’t this lakorn go on and on…at least for Paat and Nammon hehe.
Are you watching any other lakorns in the meantime?
Thanks for the reply back =)
Sadly what you said is true about the lakorn ending soon =( Really don’t want that to happen and things are literally heating up in RP (Im too excited for next week). Plus, I am hoping that next week there will be more Paat and Nammon scenes. =)
Ps. In the meantime I am only watching GRGR, however I am more excited about RP rather than GRGR.
Take Care and enjoy your weekend =)
Hello there Harija. I’m watching GRGR and RP as well, and I like them in different ways.
GRGR gives me a wonderful love story filled with epic romance and devastating separation. At this point I buy the storyline and characters, especially Saichon’s heart break. There is something to be said about this particular director, she really makes the actors better- not that they weren’t great already. We also see how their innocent love grow to something more.. and they grow up before our eyes.
RP offers cute puppy love and humor for me. I adore Paat and Nammon, but at ep 6 (next week) I really want to see progress made between their love as well as their counterpart (Kim and Mart.) I’m really looking forward to more depth- right now Paat and Nammon are crushing on each other, Paat knows that Nammon has feelings for him, but eventually how will their love be realized? We need to get there, and soon please! I don’t get too critical with Paat and Nammon because I get so sidetracked by their chemistry lol. When I love a certain pra’nang, I tend to throw logic to the wayside and enjoy them for what they are lol.
You have a great weekend also, can’t wait for Monday as well!
Thank you so much for the description… I guess I will start watching GRGR, but hopefully I dont get addicted (i still need to have energy for school). But still puppy love always wins me over =)
Also, i am excited for this weeks episode =) Well, once again thank you so much and lots of love from Toronto!!!
