Post a commenthi fia,
hope your date night went great.
You are a great lakorn source for me fia. I love reading your recaps.
And hopefully cam will allow you some time to do so. on another note though, I would like to make a request to you and all other readers. I love lakorn but finding subs is near impossible also, sometimes projects get dropped in the middle and you are nearly killed due to curiosity as to what happens. recently, after waiting in vain for praao subs I took things into my own hands looked around for spoiler comments and reviews and then watched the raw episodes. Surprisingly as I knew the general outline and could understand a bit of thai I understood the series and enjoyed it.
Due to your recommendation, I picked up mue prab sai diew but it doesn’t look like it will get subbed so if someone takes pity on me and gives some general outline I would be very grateful. Even a few sentences would be highly appreciated as it is a cop drama.
P.s. sorry for doing this in the open thread.
P.P.s. could some kind soul please tell a bit about pure turn too it has also been dropped😦

Hello! I´m happy you enjoy lakorns,
I love so many of them too and Sood Saneha is one of my all time favorite as well.
Most of my favorites I notice you´ve already watched them :3 , anyway ,
I don´t know if you have ever heard of them but I´d like to recommend
1. Prissana (Priz, puzzle) , 2547. This one is very very very old. I like this one mostly because I love the main girl´s character. considering the year this came out ,the plot is kinda outstanding. adapted from a classic novel, it tells a story of prissana , a girl who returns to Thailand after living in America for 12 years. she’s smart , cheerful and headstrong, she catches everyone’s attention because of her somewhat american-ish behavoir which at that time (Like, I said ,it´s very old) doesn’t seem to fit much in originally-thai society, however,it turns out many people adore her
by the plot I thought it´s going to be heavy but it actually has light atmosphere, spice up with some romantic vibes. (with the ´sir´ who has a segment of royal blood, well, )
I try to sum up the plot but I´m super bad at it lol, but this link contends the synopsis and subtitles of the whole story.
2. Dao Keang Duen , it follows Dao kiao duen storyline, almost like part2 of it, some says it´s like the next genaration of them.
not sure where the subtitle can be found , it´s not complete in youtube, but I wish it available in http://lakornsworld2.blogspot.com/
3. Namta Kamthep. (The cupid’s tear) This is the lakorn made purely for parody thai lakorn pattern, how the girl who crossdressing as a guy will never get notice, how the bad characters always scream, etc. it´s all comedy.
can’t find the sub but http://www.thailakornvideos.com/namta-kamthep-ep1/
well, that’s all I think you haven’t heard that I can think of for now
Have a nice day!

Hi toosadtowakeup (such an awesome name by the way..). Thank you for the comment! I have seen Prissana when it originally aired and fell in love with Taya Rogers (the only Prissana in my eyes). The script and directing were done very well, although Taya was new to lakorns, she was endearing anyway. I didn’t really take to Dao Keang Duen, although I didn’t finish it so can’t speak to how well it turned out – but seeing that you’re recommending it, sounds like it was great 🙂 Thanks again for stopping by!

I was wondering will you continue recapping ngao asoke?

Hi Camz. I didn’t intend to recap Ngao Asoke 2016, that episode spoke to me so I was compelled to write about it. However, I haven’t even continued with this lakorn so I’m not sure if I’ll be picking this up. Maybe I’ll check out the ending (which is soon?) and see if it’s captivated enough to continue where I left off.

Btw, you have an awesome blog and I am quite upset that I found your blog only until recently. Can’t wait for you recaps 😀
Thank you in advance!

Hi Fia,
I love your racaps. Recently began watching Nakark Kaew (Glass mask), a 2018 Thai lakorn that is still ongoing. But there are no subs, at least I didn’t find any.
The story is very interesting, I don’t remember a similar lakorn.
Maybe you would be interested in recaping it. I hope.
Thanks.
And happy Christmas!

Hi Fia, so glad I found this site! I’ve visited a number of times now and thank you for your hard work and service to the public. Wondering about the Thai Secret Garden with Ananda Everingham, who had me swooning in Mafia Luerd Mungkorn Suer, and whether you’ll be recapping or even watching. It just started and I don’t know how long it will be till it’s dubbed but I’d love to read your opinion on whether it seems worth watching so far. Cheers and thanks again!

I’m still deciding. I’ve put a poll on twitter, so if Secret Garden wins, I will be doing live-viewing tweets there. Thanks for your continued support!

Thanks! I am not on Twitter so let me be one more voter for the poll! Do any of your comments copy to this blog?

I don’t believe you need to have a Twitter account to see the tweets. If you’re on a desktop, all of my tweets are available to read on the right panel of the blog. You got me thinking though, I’ll need to come up with something about live viewing recaps for the readers without Twitter. Ack..
