Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer in the US. So to my readers near and far, I hope you enjoy your weekend with friends, family and plenty of sunshine. I have Monday off, it will be nice to have an extra day to recover from the weekend madness that is football.

Mee Mai khrai sak khon is trending right now. Also I’ve been hearing this song but I can’t seem to get the lyrics. It’s in English of course. It’s featured on the Thai airways airbus advertisement. It goes like “let me take you for a ride…” Do ye know it? I just can’t get over the supharburoot juthathep ost. :”)

don’t know why i haven’t comment before, even though i lurk around just enough to read the headlines (and more if it is interest me especially these more open-ended ost). Fia, i love your witty writing.
that being said, the song of my life can be sum up with “Chun Roo Kae Rak Tur Mot Jau” by R The Star from 2012’s Nang Singh Sabat Chor OST.
my life is all about living up to expectations (parents, siblings, those freaking relatives, and every single other person who ever told me i was smart, that i was gonna be someone). it’s not that i don’t want to be what they want be to be. but it’s that if i can be anything in the world realistically within my capability, i would want to be an author. ever since i dropped out of college last year to pursue my writing career, i’ve failed everyone. so i console in this song.

You are brave to drop everything to pursue your dreams, not many can say the same. So for that, I commend you. Life has it’s funny ways of working itself out, so don’t be so hard on yourself, because at the end of the day, you did what was right for you.

hi i’ve been so into a song title ta hak mai ruk by rose sirinthip if i’m not mistaken. it is the ost of a lakorn titled wayupak montra. i really love the song but can’t find the romanized version of the lyrics. is there any way i could get a hold of the romanized lyrics? because the song is haunting me 😦
